LeeLee's Accessories is a fashionable, fun, affordable boutique that carries trendy and classic pieces for the everyday modern women who loves to shop without breaking the bank! LeeLee's was created as a result of my love for fashion and wanting to stay fashion forward with my own wardrobe. As a mother of triplet sons, I was inspired to start my own business so this would allow me to work from home but still be able to have time for my family. My mission is to do what I love and that is to create fun, affordable accessories!

Avocado Fries Recipe - This one looks sooo good, a must try.

http://www.hispanickitchen.com/profiles/blogs/avocado-fries

Ingredients:
1 large avocado
3/4 cup flour
2 eggs
1 cup panko bread crumbs
2 tablespoons hot sauce
Salt and pepper
Canola oil
Directions:
1. Start by setting up your breading station for the avocado slices. In one bowl, combine the 2 eggs and 2 tablespoons of hot sauce, whisk to combine. In another bowl combine flour with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. The third bowl will hold your panko bread crumbs.
2. Heat 2 cups of canola oil to slightly above medium heat. While the oil is heating, slice the avocado into 6 to 8 wedges, carefully remove the skins and set onto plate.
3. When oil is hot enough (about 5 to 6 minutes), with your one hand, dredge avocado slices in the flour, then into egg, then into panko bread crumbs. Carefully drop into the oil. They brown pretty quickly, so do not walk away from them. Turn to brown the other side and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels. Season with a little salt, as they come out of the oil. Cool slightly.
4. Serve with your favorite salsas, hot sauce or BBQ sauce.

Note: When handling the avocado slices, be very careful, as they are soft and can break easily.
